<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material which can make skin lacking hair follicles a suitable target for vaccination. <P>SOLUTION: The skin graft material for implantation, including intact hair follicles modified ex vivo, is created by: harvesting a skin sample including a plurality of hair follicles; treating the skin sample including the plurality of hair follicles in a growth phase, a hair follicles-including skin sample, in a medium containing a collagenase solution; and introducing a nucleic acid molecule linked to a control sequence into a hair follicle using a vector or lipofection.
