<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixation device and an image formation device, with a configuration to fix a fine resin particle on a recording medium by softening the fine resin particle using foamy fixer solution, capable of excellently recovering the residual foamy fixer solution which does not contribute to fixation. <P>SOLUTION: A fixation device 60 fixes a fine resin particle by softening the same through an application of foamy fixer solution, made of foam dispersed in fixer solution containing softener which softens the fine resin particle and generates acid through hydrolysis and a foaming agent which is capable of foaming and keeping foam in a neutral to a basic region, to transfer paper P. The fixation device 60 includes a fixer solution recovering device 200 which recovers residual foamy fixer solution Fb remaining on an application roller 61 without being applied to the transfer paper P by removing the same from the roller 61. The fixer solution recovering device 200 has a residual foamy fixer solution storage section 216 to store the residual foamy fixer solution Fb removed from the application roller 61, and a hydrolase supplying device 215 to supply hydrolase H to the residual foamy fixer solution storage section 216. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
