The present invention relates to an inter-module communication device, whereby reflections are greatly reduced and speed and bandwidth of communications channels are increased even beyond inductive coupling. When layering modules comprising signal lines and feedback signal lines which are terminated with terminal members and coupling between the signal lines and the feedback signal lines using capacitive coupling and inductive coupling, the impedance of the terminal members is treated as coupling impedance which reflects the proximity effect when the modules are in a coupled state.
