PURPOSE: An onion skin removing apparatus capable of consecutively separating and discharging the skin is provided to perform an insertion process and a cutting process of onions in order. CONSTITUTION: An onion skin removing apparatus comprises the following: an intermittent drive onion transfer device(1) installed on an upper floor(100a) of a machine body(100); a front circular support plate(101) including a rotating shaft on the center for fitting a supporting shaft; a supporting rod fitted to a support shaft center hole before being fixed with a fixing bolt; an onion discharge guide rod formed on one end of the front circular support plate; a rear circular support plate(102) connected to a motor rotary shaft on a central hole; an onion transfer device including fixing plate(120) on both sides, and guiding grooves(121, 122) on the fixing plate; a cut-product falling groove(3) formed on the upper floor of the machine body; a cut-product collecting container(4) installed on the lower inside of the machine body; a guiding groove container guiding onions falling from the onion transfer device; an onion outer skin cutting unit(5) with an onion feeder; and an onion discharging device including a curtain formed with a rubber plate.
