The invention relates to a folding bicycle and a folding bicycle frame. A folding bicycle frame includes a front frame (32), a rear frame (34) pivotally connected to the front frame (32) about a first pivot axis (B1), and a rear-wheel support assembly (36) pivotally connected to the rear frame (34) about a second pivot axis (B2) perpendicular to the first axis (B1). A folding bicycle (3) includes the folding bicycle frame, a front wheel (44) connected to the front frame (32), and a rear wheel (46) connected to the rear-wheel support assembly (36). The front frame (32) can be folded toward the rear frame around the first pivot axis (B1). The rear-wheel support assembly can be rotated relatively to the rear frame (34) around the second pivot axis (B2) for adjusting a relative position between the rear-wheel support assembly (36) and the front frame (32). Thereby, the volume of the folded folding bicycle (3) can be reduced more efficiently than a conventional folding bicycle (1).
