PURPOSE: A producing method of pear juice containing collagen is provided to prevent the change on the turbidity and the sweetness of the pear juice after adding the collagen. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of pear juice containing collagen comprises the following steps: washing pear, and crushing the washed pear(S110); extracting the pear juice from the crushed pear(S120); boiling the obtained pear juice at 90-120 deg C, and filtering the pear juice(S130); preparing the collagen, and mixing the filtered pear juice and the collagen while double boiling(S140); and cooling the mixture at room temperature(S150). 0.1-0.3wt% of decomposition enzyme selected from proteinase or peptidase is also mixed with the pear juice and the collagen.
