UNDERGROUND CABLE INSTALLATION METHOD USING DOUBLE BRAIDED ROPE AND UNDERGROUND CABLE DIGITAL PULLER

PURPOSE: A ground cable installation method and a ground cable digital pooler are provided to install a ground cable by accurately measuring lead-in tension of the ground cable through a tension meter. CONSTITUTION: A tension meter comprises a fluid pressure sensor in order to measure fluid pressure applied to at least one of a first fluid pressure motor(22) and a second fluid pressure motor(24). A measuring unit comprises a range finder for measuring revolution per minute of a first roller(21) or a second roller. A center calculation unit calculates data in regard to lead-in tension, lead-in speed, and lead-in distance of a cable. A speed meter measures revolution speed of one of the first roller and the second roller.
