PURPOSE: A display panel and a display device with the same are provided to increase light efficiency, reduce manufacturing costs, and simplify manufacturing processes. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate faces a second substrate(200). A color filter polarization layer(300) comprises a first linear metal grid. The first linear metal grid is formed on one side of either one of the first substrate or the second substrate. The first linear metal grid is arranged at a different pitch to emit a first polarization component of incident light by light of a different color. A second linear metal grid(610) is formed on another surface between the first substrate and the second substrate.
