<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to accurately display gradation by reducing the change of currents flowing between two electrodes of a light emitting element. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device comprises a source signal line drive circuit, pixels, wirings, and a memory medium(211). The source signal line drive circuit is formed on a substrate. Each pixel has a light emitting element(111) and a drive transistor(113). The gate of the drive transistor maintains potential corresponding to a video signal inputted from the source signal line drive circuit. The wirings supply currents to the light emitting elements of the pixels. The memory medium comprises first, second, and third memories.</p> |
