PAPER-BASED NANOGENERATOR

摘要

PURPOSE: A paper based nano power generating device is provided to easily grow a ZnO nano rod with a piezoelectric property on paper. CONSTITUTION: A bottom substrate(10) is made of paper. A bottom electrode(20) is formed on the bottom substrate. A piezoelectric material layer(30) is formed on the upper side of the bottom electrode. A top electrode(40) is formed on the upper side of the piezoelectric material layer. A top substrate(50) is formed on the top electrode.
