PURPOSE: A precious metal electrolysis and recovery apparatus having multiple centrifugal channels is provided to improve the recovery rate of precious metal by rotating multiple cathode members to create a centrifugal force and vortex that evenly deposit precious metal particles over the entire area of the cathode members. CONSTITUTION: A precious metal electrolysis and recovery apparatus comprises a cathode unit(20) and an anode unit(30). The cathode unit comprises two or more cathode members(21,211) which are made of a cylindrical mesh sieve or perforated plate and arranged into concentric circles with different radiuses. The anode unit comprises two or more anode members(31,311) which are arranged into concentric circles between the cathode members and between the outermost cathode member and an inner wall(15) of a casing to form division walls and centrifugal channels.
