PURPOSE: An energy extracting apparatus is provided to effectively extract energy included in an electrostatic or magnetostatic field by preventing balancing between an electrostatic field and an induced electric field and between a magnetostatic field and an induced magnetic field. CONSTITUTION: A first plate(201) comprises a first electrified plate(210) generating an electrostatic field. A second plate(202) comprises a second electrified plate(220) formed in a position corresponding to the first electrified plate. An insulator(250) fills in the gap between the second plate and the first plate. An insulation part(240) isolates the first electrified plate and the second electrified plate from surroundings. A dielectric part(245) is formed between the first electrified plate of the first plate and the bottom of a conductor part(230).
