METHOD AND SYSTEM OF AUTHENTICATING TRANSACTIONS DATA

PURPOSE: A system for authenticating transactions data and a method thereof are provided to receive an authentication about transaction data through a certificate which is saved in a mobile terminal, thereby safely performing a financial transaction without an activeX. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal(100) saves a certificate which is encoded by a private key and a public key of a user in a security area. The mobile terminal receives transaction data through identifier recognition. The mobile terminal encodes the received transaction data to the private key of the user. A financial server(200) obtains the public key of the user from the transaction data, the encoded transaction data, and the certificate. The financial server authenticates the transaction data through the public key of the user.
