PURPOSE: An installation apparatus for a toilet seat unit capable of installing on a toilet bowl is provided to prevent the positional deviation of the toilet seat unit by applying the excessive power. CONSTITUTION: An installation apparatus for a toilet seat unit includes two slits(20A, 20B) in parallel, a screw rod unit(21B), a head unit(21A), a hanging flange, and a friction plate. The slits are formed on a substrate located on the bottom of the toilet seat unit. The screw rod unit of a bolt is extended toward the lower side through the slit from the left and right upper edges of the slit, after hanging a head unit of the bolt. The hanging flange is formed on the front and rear edge of the head unit. The screw rod unit is fitted to the hanging flange. The friction plate having the elasticity is pressure-welded to the upper edge of the slits.
