METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR USER INTERFACE USING RELATIVE MOVEMENT OF PANELS OF A DEVICE

PURPOSE: A user interface method and an apparatus thereof are provided to input various commands according to the kind of a movement target panel or touch of a screen at a relative angle of two panels. CONSTITUTION: A control unit senses whether a relative angle between a first panel and a second panel is within an effective angle(S10). The control unit determines whether two panels leaves the effective angle range in case the relative angle between two panels enters an effective angle range(S20,S30). The control unit performs a function corresponding to a folding back command or a folding hold command according to a determining result(S40-S80).
