PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle-shaped discharging electrode having a pointed tip part with a good discharging property and a wide air blowing range.

SOLUTION: The nozzle-shaped discharge electrode is composed of an injection needle-shaped part 2 formed by cutting a tip part of a small pipe in an injection needle shape, and a mounting base part 3 with a male screw for connecting the injection needle-shaped part to an air supply means, and the needle-shaped part 2 and the mounting base part 3 are communicated with each other at their inside.
