PURPOSE: An air conditioning device for hybrid vehicles is provided to prevent a battery from becoming overheated due to a defrosting mode by continuously cooling the battery. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning device for hybrid vehicles comprises a compressor(22), a condenser(3), a first expansion valve(4), an evaporator(20), a bypass passage(5), a second expansion valve(7), a cooling heat exchanger(9), pipes(16), a unit for sensing the temperature of the evaporator, and a unit for controlling a flow of refrigerant. The cooling heat exchanger heat exchanges a heat exchange medium with low temperature refrigerants. The pipes circulate low temperature heat exchange medium to a battery(B). The unit for sensing the temperature of the evaporator senses the temperature of the evaporator of the air conditioning device(1). The unit for controlling the flow of the refrigerant blocks the refrigerant flowing into the evaporator, and allows the refrigerant to flow into the cooling heat exchanger if the temperature of the evaporator is less than predetermined temperature.
