PURPOSE: A food material stirring apparatus is provided to improve the stirring efficiency by installing vertical stirring blades on top and bottom rotating to the opposite direction. CONSTITUTION: A food material stirring apparatus comprises the following: a firstly bevel gear(22) rotating to the horizontal direction, installed on the outer peripheral surface of a rotation shaft(21) on a central motor(20); plural second bevel gears coupled to the first bevel gear to rotate to the vertical direction; plural stirring devices rotating to the vertical direction from the inner wall surface of a case by connecting a gear and a chain; a central stirring shaft and stirring blades(70, 90) preventing the separation of materials inside the case(10), and rotating by the central motor; and a long lower horizontal stirring blade(80) installed on the bottom of the stirring shaft.
