MANUFACTURING METHOD OF REFLECTIVE POLARIZER DISPERED POLYMER AND DEVICE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A reflective polarizer manufacturing method and apparatus are provided to maximize optical physical matter property in the limited thickness and to reduce manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A first component is supplied to a first extrusion part(220). A second component is supplied to a second extrusion part(221). A skin layer component is supplied to a third extrusion part(222). The first extrusion part is connected to a spin block including a sea island extruding steel bar(223) and supplies the first component as melting state. The second extrusion part is connected to the spin block and supplies the second component as melting state. The sea island extruding steel bar produces sea island complex flow in which the first component is dispersed inside the second component. A core layer is transferred to a feed block part(224). The sea island complex flow is combined with the skin layer component transferred from the third extrusion part.
