<p>PURPOSE: A photoelectric conversion device, a photoelectric conversion apparatus, and an image pickup system are provided to improve transmittance from an optical path member to a photoelectric conversion unit by forming a layer with a refractive index between the refractive index of a second insulation layer and the refractive index of the photoelectric conversion unit. CONSTITUTION: An insulation layer(200) covers a main surface(101) of a substrate(100) and a light receiving surface(111) of a photoelectric conversion unit(110). A wire(217) is formed in the insulation layer. The wire includes a first wire layer(2171), a second wire layer(2172), and a plug layer(2173). An optical path member(220) is located on the photoelectric conversion unit. A transparent layer(319) is formed on the optical path member and the insulation layer.</p> |
