The work assignment server creates work process establishment information according to an operation establishment process. A data managing server(200) stores instant reaction history according to a risk evaluation result. An analyzer server(300) creates safety function analysis information by monitoring a system included in an atomic power plant. An integrated management server adjusts work contents included in the work process establishment information and a work process schedule.
