FULL GENOME DNA OF HUMAN CYTOMEGALOVIRUS STRAIN JHC ISOLATED FROM A KOREAN PATIENT AND OPEN READING FRAMES THEREOF

PURPOSE: A whole length genome DNA of human cytomegalovirus(HCMV) JHC strain isolated from Korean patients and an open reading frame thereof are provided to be used as a reference strain for Korean or Asian HCMV. CONSTITUTION: A whole length genome DNA of human cytomegalovirus(HCMV) JHC strain has a base of sequence number 1. An open reading frame(ORF) of the whole length genome DNA is UL1 having a base sequence of sequence number 2, UL119 having a base sequence of sequence number 3, or RL6 having a base sequence of sequence number 4. A transformant contains the whole length genome DNA or open reading frame thereof.
