PURPOSE: A light emitting diode illumination controller is provided to have a SMPS(Switching Mode Power Supply) function without a separate SMPS since a single control board has both an LED lighting control function and a SMPS function. CONSTITUTION: A single control board has an LED lighting control function and a SMPS function. Alternating current 220V is inputted into an LED illumination controller. The LED illumination controller is a hybrid illumination controller. The LED illumination controller and a SMPS are unnecessary to be separately included. The SMPS is not necessary when the alternating current 220V is used in the LED illumination controller.
