PURPOSE: A cable laid grommet manufacturing device is provided to manufacture a large cable by manufacturing a cable laid grommet having various sizes and diameters. CONSTITUTION: A rotation plate(14) is composed to form a circular hole in the center and include an opening where the hole is connected. A drum supporting unit(15) in which a drum wound with an additional rope is installed is formed on one side of the rotation plate. A cylindrical rotary body is cylindrically shaped having a hollow portion on the center back side of a rotation plate. A driven gear(22) is combined with an opposite side of the rotation plate of the cylindrical rotary body and includes the hole which is connected to the hallow portion. A fixed cylindrical body is cylindrically shaped having the opening.
