PURPOSE: A exercise measuring service system with a Bluetooth module mounted terminal device is provided to use a communication function of a Bluetooth module mounted terminal device based on flat rate of data having a exercise, thereby enabling a facility manager to reduce a communication cost. CONSTITUTION: A Bluetooth tag unit(100) includes the following steps. A setup unit activates a Bluetooth module if the Bluetooth module is deactivated. The setup unit artificially modifies an existing Bluetooth communication protocol processing function. The setup unit always operates a corresponding device in a slave state or a master state. A Bluetooth device address sensing response unit is the slave state, it responds to an inquiring signal of the Bluetooth module in the master state. |
