PURPOSE: A data managing method, an apparatus thereof, and a system thereof are provided to automatically update and manage analysis data of a monitoring target by automatically analyzing/processing event information. CONSTITUTION: A network module(11) receives event information about a monitoring target of a POS(Point Of Sale) terminal. An image processing unit(12) analyzes an event image. A controlling unit(13) updates analysis data about the monitoring target based on an analysis result. The event about the monitoring target includes a sales and cancel event about the monitoring target. The event information includes monitoring target information, identification information of the POS terminal, and store information.
