USING VIDEO PROJECTION EQUIPMENT, AUTOMOTIVE HEADLINER, INFORMATION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR OPERATION

PURPOSE: A system and a method for guiding a vehicle head liner using an image projector are provided to enable to cope with the product liability act because transplanting prevention and a history manage of a product can be possible. CONSTITUTION: A system for guiding a vehicle head liner using an image projector comprises a camera(200), a beam projector(300), and a computer(100). The camera photographs a head liner(400) of a vehicle and the detailed procedure of operation on a worktable. The camera outputs image signals of the generated operation details. The beam projector applies contents for guiding a vehicle head liner production from an operator and directly projects with images. The computer analyzes the image signals applied from the camera to correspond to the detailed procedure of the operation. The computer generates augmented reality image signals required for the operation, thereby applying a result to the beam projector.
