PURPOSE: An eco-friendly method for purifying polluted stream water using a system for discharging bottom water and a movable weir capable of preventing flood damages is provided to prevent large foreign materials like a branch from flowing into a siphon path, and to cover an upper part of the siphon path when the stream water flows over a water gate. CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly method for purifying polluted stream water using a system for discharging bottom water and a movable weir capable of preventing flood damages is as follows. Horizontal and vertical vortex plates(38,39) are formed on a siphon path connected to a water gate plate(10) of a movable weir. Stream water polluted by the principle of material friction and an eddy principle, which are generated when the stream water continuously collides with the Horizontal and vertical vortex plates is naturally purified. |
