COLORED PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: A colored photo-sensitive resin composition is provided to prepare a film by applying the composition on a substrate and preparing the film after the decompression-drying the composition on the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A colored photo-sensitive resin composition includes a coloring agent, a resin, a polymeric compound, a polymerization initiator, and a solvent. The coloring agent includes a xanthene dye and a xanthene pigment. The solvent includes dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate. The content of the dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate in the solvent is 0.1 to 30 mass%. The solvent further includes ethyl acetate and further includes glycol monomethyl ether and/or propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate. The resin is an alkali soluble resin. The polymeric compound is a (meta)acrylic acid ester.
