In this fuel-filling aperture opening/closing device, which opens a pathway by means of the insertion of a fuel supply nozzle, the mixing of contaminants into a filler pipe from the fuel-filling aperture opening/closing device are reduced. [Solution] The fuel-filling aperture opening/closing device (1), which is provided to one end of a filler pipe (2), is characterized by having: a tube member (3) that has a pathway (4) formed therewithin, and that is connected to one end of the filler pipe in a manner so that the axial line has an angle with respect to the vertical direction; and a first valve body (22) that is provided rotatably within the pathway, occludes the pathway by being constantly biased to the outer end by a first torsion spring (50), and meanwhile opens the pathway when pressed by the fuel supply nozzle (100), rotating in resistance to the biasing force of a biasing member. The fuel-filling aperture opening/closing device (1) is further characterized by: the tube member having a discharge hole (52) that interconnects the outer surface and the inner surface of the tube member at a section corresponding to the outer-end-side section of the closed position of the first valve body and at which the outer surface of the periphery of the tube member faces downwards; and the valve body having a plurality of discharge grooves (42) that extend at the outer-end-side section towards the discharge hole. |
