The door handle set has a lock and two handles, which are connected that a lock follower. The lock follower is mounted in a lock case. The lock follower is divided axially in two follower halves under intermediate layer of a separating element. Pin parts (10,20) are prestressed to each other in axial movable manner. A spring element (30) is made of plastic or metal or rubber. An independent claim is also included for a method for mounting of retaining pins with pin parts at a lock with a split follower.
