摘要 PURPOSE: A molybdenum metal nanopowder manufacturing method using RF plasma is provided to reduce molybdenum trioxide by activating RF plasma in a hydrogen reduction atmosphere and condense the reduced molybdenum trioxide using high-temperature plasma, thereby obtaining molybdenum metal nanopowder. CONSTITUTION: A molybdenum metal nanopowder manufacturing method using RF plasma comprises the steps of: charging molybdenum trioxide powder into a reaction chamber, supplying hydrogen gas into the reaction chamber to substitute the inside of the reaction chamber with a hydrogen atmosphere, generating RF plasma in the reaction chamber, producing molybdenum metal powder through hydrogen reduction of the molybdenum trioxide using the RF plasma, vaporizing the molybdenum metal powder through the RF plasma, and condensing or rapidly cooling the vaporized molybdenum metal powder into molybdenum metal nanopowder.
