摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TFT array substrate having a structure in which a pixel electrode and a common electrode face each other via an insulation film, that can suppress an electric defect occurring in a part of a pixel. <P>SOLUTION: A TFT array substrate 101 is formed by arranging in matrix thin film transistors 10, pixel electrodes 20 each electrically connected to a drain electrode 16, and common electrodes 40 each facing a pixel electrode 40 via an insulation film 30. When one pixel of the TFT array substrate 101 is seen, the pixel electrode 20 is divided into a plurality of divisional pixel electrodes 20D and a plurality of branch conductive parts 16B each electrically connect the drain electrode 16 and each of the divisional pixel electrodes 20D.
