<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech speed conversion telephone call device which suppresses an echo of transmission voice even when a speaking partner is in a largely echoing environment or in an environment in which delayed transmission occurs. <P>SOLUTION: A master unit 1 comprises a voice switch 14, a speech speed conversion part 16, and an attenuation application part 17 as primary configuration elements. The voice switch 14 switches transmission and reception of a telephone call with a slave 2. The speech speed conversion part 16 is arranged in a reception line 11 between a signal line 3 and the voice switch 14, and performs a speech speed conversion processing that reduces a speech speed of voice inputted into the reception line 11 in any other state than transmission. When the state becomes the transmission state, all of the voice in the speech speed conversion is erased and the speech speed conversion process is stopped. The attenuation application part 17 decelerates output of the speech speed conversion part 16 during a time period from a time when the voice switch 14 switches from the transmission state to any other state than the transmission until the prescribed time to apply attenuation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
