<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To combine elimination of a not-monitored area with reduction of panning/tilting/zooming unnecessary in images being captured, in a monitoring environment including a monitor system and a guard. <P>SOLUTION: When the monitor system detects an abnormal condition within a monitoring area and detects an area to which the guard pays attention, this method executes panning/tilting/zooming so as to monitor the area to which the guard does not pay attention, thereby combining the elimination of the not-monitored area with the reduction of panning/tilting/zooming unnecessary in the images being captured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
