摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus, an imaging control method, and a program capable of minimizing the difference of brightness of an image acquired from two image pickup devices when the incident light from a subject is polarized. <P>SOLUTION: In an imaging apparatus, an imaging control method, and a program: a half mirror 22 divides an incident light from a subject into two optical paths; a first image pickup device 24 receives one of the incident lights divided by the half mirror 22; a second image pickup device 25 receives the other one of the incident lights divided by the half mirror 22; a first subject luminance calculation part 26 calculates a first subject luminance information based on the output of the first image pickup device 24; a second subject luminance calculation part 29 calculates a second subject luminance information based on the output of the second image pickup device 25; and an exposure correction value calculation part 32 compares the first subject luminance information and the second subject luminance information.
