<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection method for an electrode which uses a circuit connection material for electric/electronic application that is excellent in heat resistance, moisture resistance, and workability, with especially stringent reliability required. <P>SOLUTION: The connection method for an electrode includes a step for forming a circuit connection material between electrodes, facing each other, on a substrate, and a step in which the electrodes are contacted together under heating/pressurizing, so that substrates are bonded together. The circuit connection material contains adhesive composition, as well as conductive particles, containing (1) phenoxy resin having a bisphenol A type structure, (2) bisphenol type epoxy resin which is introduced from epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A and contains two or more glycidyl radicals in a single molecule, (3) naphthalene-based epoxy resin, and (4)latent curing agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
