<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding burning detection device capable of detecting grinding burning over the whole of an inspection object, and shortening time required for the detection of the local grinding burning of the inspection object. <P>SOLUTION: A grinding burning detection device has a first coil 3, a first power supply 12, a magnetic field sensor 5, a second power supply 13, and signal processing means 14. The signal processing means 14 obtains Barkhausen noise from a signal detected by the magnetic field sensor 5, determines the presence/absence of grinding burning over the whole of an inspection object from the Barkhausen noise, and determines the presence/absence of the local grinding burning of an inspection object W from detection output based on an eddy current generated by the inspection object W magnetized by the second coil 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
