<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent insoluble matter originated from a rubber member used in an ink passage system from precipitating even when an arbitrary ink or a preservation liquid is filled in the ink passage system in an inkjet recorder. <P>SOLUTION: The water-based ink or the preservation liquid is filled in the ink passage system in the inkjet recorder. The rubber member used in the ink passage system comprises a rubber which uses a butyl rubber polymer as a base polymer, zinc oxide as a vulcanizing agent, and a thiourea type compound as a vulcanization accelerator. The water-based ink comprises at least a colorant, water and a water-soluble organic solvent. A content of the water is 70-85 wt.% to a total amount of the water-based ink. The preservation liquid comprises at least water and a water-soluble organic solvent.
