Disclosed is a switching parameter optimization method, wherein the network side acquires a Cumulative Density Function (CDF(i)) curve of corresponding measurement quantities of cell switching regions according to the measurement value reported by User Equipment (UE); when a cell develops a mobility fault, the network side determines the degree of the cell fault according to the area of a region enclosed by the Cumulative Density Function curve CDF(i) of the measurement quantity reported by the cell and a threshold curve (RLFthrd(i)) of the measurement quantity; and the network side corrects the corresponding switching parameters according to the fault degree of the cell, so that the area of the region enclosed by the RLFthrd(i) curve and the CDF(i) curve is reduced. Correspondingly, a switching parameter optimization system is also disclosed. In the present invention, based on the statistical result reported by the UE, the parameters required to be corrected and the correction degree of each parameter are determined according to the degree of the switching fault, so that the optimization speed can be improved, and at the same time, the self-optimization performance can also be improved. |
