<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen generating device provided with a desulfurizer which can desulfurize a raw material with high concentration of a sulfur compound and is suppressed in heat discharge and upsizing, and to provide a fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: The hydrogen generating device includes: a first hydro-desulfurizer 3 that removes the sulfur compound in the raw material; a second hydro-desulfurizer 4 that removes the sulfur compound in the raw material, supplied from the first hydro-desulfurizer 3, at a temperature higher than the temperature at which the first hydro-desulfurizer 3 removes the sulfur compound; and a hydrogen generator 2 which generates a hydrogen-containing gas using the raw material supplied from the second hydro-desulfurizer 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
