<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin cast product whose grounding layer being formed on the surface of an insulating layer has improved conductivity and air tightness. <P>SOLUTION: To provide a resin cast product comprising: a central conductor 1 for becoming a main circuit conductor; an insulating layer 2, which is formed around the central conductor 1 by casting with an insulating material; and grounding layers 3, which is formed by applying a conductive paint to a prescribed area of the peripheral surface of the insulating layer 2. The grounding layers 3 are multi-layered by over-coating conductive paints with different dilution rates. The ratio of conductivity is to be higher and the conductivity is to be improved as the layers become closer to the insulating layer 2, and the smoothness and air tightness are to be improved as the layers become closer to the surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
