<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration determination device having further increased chatter vibration detection accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: This vibration determination device determines vibration using parameters for determination such as vibration duration and frequency variation in addition to the comparison between maximum acceleration and threshold. Therefore, the device can identify the instantaneous vibration resulting from disturbance and the vibration resulting from the instability of working conditions from chatter vibration to increase the chatter vibration detection accuracy.
