METHOD FOR DYEING CLOTHING USING THERMOCHROMIC MICROCAPSULES AND CLOTHING DYED THEREBY

PURPOSE: A method for dyeing a cloth using thermochromic microcapsules is provided to prevent separation of the microcapsule and to maintain thermochromic discoloration property. CONSTITUTION: A method for dyeing a cloth using thermochromic microcapsules comprises: a step of refining the cloth and pre-treating the cloth using cationizing agent(S10); a step of impregnating the cloth in the water containing 20 wt% of the microcapsules and 2 wt% of ion binder for dying(S20); a step of spraying steam of high temperature for 10 minutes to fix the microcapsules onto the cloth(S30); a step of dehydrating the cloth and spraying steam at 60 Deg. C. to 150 Deg. C. gradually for 40-70 minutes and drying(S40); a step of spraying steam of high temperature for 10 minutes for fixing the microcapsule on the cloth(S50); a step of impregnating the cloth into the water containing 4-7 wt% of neutral bio enzyme(S60); a step of adding a binder(S70); and a step of spraying steam at 60 Deg. C. to 150 Deg. C. for 40-70 minutes(S80).
