<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a chip material from sinking into a crushing surface at a belt-type chip crusher. <P>SOLUTION: An interval of core wires 3 embedded in a rubber layer 4 in a belt width dimension is 0.2 mm or less.
