<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof apparatus capable of increasing a maximum opening area created by a movable panel. <P>SOLUTION: A sunroof apparatus 10 includes: a front link 60 connected to a front portion of a function bracket 80 and moving in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle in conjunction with a drive shoe 50; and a rear link 70 disposed as connectable with the drive shoe 50, moving in the longitudinal directions of the vehicle by the connection, and supporting a rear portion of the functional bracket 80. The front link 60 and the rear link 70 are disposed at different positions in a width direction of the vehicle in such a manner that when the roof is fully closed, a first distance Lx is longer than a second distance Ly and that when the roof is fully opened, the first distance Lx is shorter than the second distance Ly. The first distance Lx represents a distance between a fit-insertion projection 72b of the rear link 70 and a third guide pin 62c of the front link 60; and the second distance Ly represents a distance between the fit-insertion projection 72b of the rear link 70 and a fourth guide pin 62d of the front link 60. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
