<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED substrate device which can be easily manufactured, whose life can be lengthened, and which can reduce a distance between adjacent substrates when multiple substrates are arranged, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: An LED substrate device 1 includes a substrate 7 having a front surface 7a, a rear surface 7b, and side surfaces 7c, multiple LED elements 8 provided on the front surface 7a of the substrate 7, coating material 3 for coating at least a part of each LED element 8 and the front surface 7a and the side surfaces 7c of the substrate 7 without coating the rear substrate 7b of the substrate 7, a waterproof cover 4 which is detachable with respect to the substrate 7 and covers the rear surface 7b of the substrate 7 with a space interposed therebetween, and seal material 5 which seals between an outer peripheral part of the waterproof cover 4 and the rear surface 7b of the substrate 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
