The present invention relates to a computer system and a clock configuration method; the computer system comprises two or more nodes, the two or more nodes all comprise a selection module and a CPU, the input of the selection module is a clock of the node and a clock outputted by another node, and the output end is connected to the CPU and a selection module of another node; the computer system further comprises a clock control module, the output end of the clock control module connects to the control end of the selection module to control the clocks of the two or more nodes to be the same clock. When the clocks of a plurality of nodes malfunction, as long as the computer system still has a normal clock, the computer system is still capable of normal operations.
