The method involves applying energy (E) to common connection zone (Z) between the thermoplastic resin made base portion (B) and elastomeric made attachment portion (A) so as to connect base portion and attachment portion. The attachment portion is provided with rubber portion. The rubber portion of attachment portion is connected with inseparably with base portion. The energy is inputted by generating frictional heat within common connection zone. An independent claim is included for plastic-made pipe assembly.
