APPARATUS FOR REMOVING ADHERENT MATTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove adherent matter adhering to an inner circumferential surface of a nozzle hole in a nozzle body.

SOLUTION: The nozzle body 50 is held by a nozzle holding part 30 so that a top end part of the nozzle body 50 is immersed in a liquid medium in a reservoir 20 and the top end part of the nozzle body 50 faces a bottom face of the reservoir 20 with a predetermined space. During vibration of the nozzle body 50 by an ultrasonic vibrator 21, the liquid medium is sucked by a suction part 40 via a nozzle hole 50a of the nozzle body 50.
